This was a fantastic look into late-50’s Soviet Russia. I came away from this read with the realization that we all tend to believe our way of life is the way it is because we’re complex collections of biases formed by how we’ve perceived and interacted with our respective societies. The world is a collection of truths, and while there may be an ineffable objective one, we chase it through the lens of our own informed perceptions. No one’s really righteous, we all just kinda think we are. Anyway, great book.
